What kind of volunteer work is needed?

Pre- Car Cruise & CommUnity marketing: Help the Ambridge Rotary Club distribute posters, brochures and flyers in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio and other various publicity tasks.

Pre- Car Cruise & CommUnity events: Help us organize and staff various pre-Car Cruise & CommUnity  in the months leading up to Ambridge Rotary Car Cruise & CommUnity  Festival

Car Cruise & CommUnity festival set-up: Help set up tables, chairs, tents, banners/signage, decorations and assist other vendors in setting up their exhibits.

During the festival: Various volunteer areas are needed during festival hours, including:

• Traffic control cars and pedestrian 
• Beverage teams*
• Green/clean teams
• Hospitality
• Other areas, including entertainment

Other Ways of Service:

• In Kind Donations printing, signage, prizes, and gift baskets
• If we forgot a way let us know !

Post Festival Shut-down: shut-down tables, chairs, tents, banners/signage, decorations and assist other vendors in shutting down their exhibits.

PLEASE NOTE:  We will try to fit you or your group in with volunteering.  Filling out application does not guarantee the requested area of service will still be available.
