As has previously been reported, there were only 359 new cases in 2014 and only 74 new cases in 2015 (54
in Pakistan and 20 in Afghanistan). So far, as of Feb.10, only 1 new case has been reported - in Pakistan.
We must, however, keep up the inoculations in order to completely end this horrific disease.
